You will be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of Holderness Health, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and sustainable primary care services. You will ensure services remain responsive to patient needs while meeting contractual, regulatory and quality standards.
The role exists to support the long-term health of the local population by leading the practice through ongoing transformation, embedding prevention, early intervention, and integrated models of care.
You will work in partnership with GP Partners, clinical leaders, the Senior Management Team, and staff to translate national and system priorities into effective local delivery. This includes improving access to services, addressing health inequalities, enhancing patient experience, and making best use of digital innovation and multidisciplinary teams.
You will represent the practice within the Integrated Care System, and wider health and care partnerships. The role plays a key part in developing collaborative relationships with NHS organisations, local authorities, local MPs, and voluntary and community sector partners to support joined-up, neighbourhood-based care.
Its an exciting time to join as we have been selected as 1 of 22 PCNs nationally as part of the PCN Test Site Pilot (2024-2027), we are in a unique and privileged position being ahead of the curve.
You will work in partnership with the Management Board and the GP Partners to manage a strong and stable Leadership team of 5 Heads of Service to really shape the future of our PCN.

Person Specification:
Qualifications:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Evidence of relevant continuous professional and managerial development.
Experience:
* Experience operating at a senior level within complex or at scale primary care settings, community services or wider public sector environments.
* Operated at a senior level and experience of working with a Management Board.
* Successfully leading, influencing and motivating large teams.
* Leading a culture of continuous improvement that harnesses quality improvement with value for money and efficiency through service delivery development.
* Experience of organisational growth, change management, capacity planning and translating organisational strategy into operational objectives.
* Experience of contributing to long term sustainability planning, aligned to the NHS changing landscape.
* Ability to influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to bring about change and service improvement.
* Experience of leading multi-disciplinary operations across multi-sites.
* Ability to support and provide oversight to a strong senior leadership team.
* Demonstrable experience in governance, regulatory compliance and risk management with successful business case creation and project management skills.
* Ability to strengthen organisational frameworks and partnership documentation.
Experience of operating in a c. £11m turnover organisation.
* Strong business and commercial acumen to identify new opportunities to increase income streams.
Collaborative leadership style with a balanced and adaptable communication style.
* Awareness of national primary care policy and changing expectations.
* Understanding of the NHS Health Social Care system and CQC compliance.
