What you'll do:
* Support pupils with speech, language, and communication challenges
* Use communication tools such as Makaton and PECS to aid learning and interaction
* Work closely with teachers and speech therapists to implement tailored support plans
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
What we're looking for:
* Experience or interest in supporting children with communication needs
* Knowledge of Makaton, PECS, or willingness to learn
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to a full-time, permanent role starting in September
