A unique opportunity has arisen with one of London's leading Interior Designer firms that you do not want to miss! A leadership position to work as a 2nd in command to the present Director. This is often a firm of choice with their highly impressive pipeline/ on-going relationships particularly within the commercial workplace sector, a brilliant flexible working culture and brilliant central location.
This position requires someone with a strong background of 10-15 years within the traditional interiors industry and has a good knowledge of workplace design. You will be in a client facing position, leading a team through ALL stages of a project from RIBA 1-6. A strong interest or experience within sustainability driven projects will be looked upon favourably for this position.
Must haves:
* 10-15 years of experience
* Management and leadership skills
* Intermediate level proficiency
* Strong understanding of workplace design
* Passion for sustainability
* Ability to mentor and lead 10-14 at one time working with a multidisciplinary team
