No formal teaching qualifications are required, just a genuine enthusiasm for supporting learners in their education journey. Responsibilities: 1:1 meetings with students to discuss progress plans / develop targets Providing pastoral support Monitor and action issues with timekeeping / attendance / behaviour Support with next steps including UCAS applications, apprenticeships, further study / work Full time and part time hours are available. Term time only roles are available also. Requirements: Level 2 qualification or higher in English/Maths AND willingness to obtain an ENHANCED DBS check. Experience working with young adults Knowledge of additional learning needs Up to date Safeguarding training, or a willingness to obtain Enhanced DBS or a willingness to obtain.
