We are currently seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant specialising in ASD to join a fantastic primary school in Cheshunt. This full-time position will see you supporting children across Key Stages 1 and 2, providing vital assistance in their learning and development journey. You'll collaborate closely with experienced teachers and dedicated SEN specialists, helping students reach their full potential through tailored educational support.

Your Responsibilities
• Provide personalised support to students with ASD in one-to-one and small-group settings
• Assist with creating stimulating and inclusive learning environments
• Liaise closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure coordinated care
• Promote independence, confidence, and academic progression through targeted interventions
We’re Looking For
• An enthusiastic, patient, and compassionate individual with experience or a keen interest in supporting children with ASD
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
• Prior experience in SEN or ASD-focused roles is desirable but not essential – training will be provided
