Science Teacher – Fleet | September Start | Full Time

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a well-established secondary school in Fleet to recruit a Teacher of Science for a full-time role starting in September.

The Role

As a Teacher of Science, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting students of varying abilities to engage, progress and succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

* Teaching Science to mixed-ability groups at KS3 and KS4
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with clear, consistent school policies
* Maintaining a calm, purposeful and effective learning environment
* Monitoring progress and providing meaningful feedback
* Supporting pupils with special educational or additional needs (SEN)
* Working collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams

The Ideal Candidate

We are keen to hear from Science teachers who can demonstrate:

* Experience working with secondary-aged students
* Confidence teaching Science across KS3 and KS4
* SEN experience or the ability to support additional learning needs
* Strong communication skills and classroom presence
* Adaptability and a positive, proactive approach
* A genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people
