* Customer Experience: Shape a customer-focused store environment by leading the team to enhance customer engagement and bring the brand to life. Develop consumer loyalty to strengthen The Body Shop brand.
* Delivery: Retail expertise in beauty is highly desirable. You should be able to meet sales and performance targets through excellent planning and organization. Strong stock management skills and the ability to adapt to change are essential. Use data effectively to make informed commercial decisions to boost sales and team performance. A passion for our products and knowledge of the beauty market and competitors are vital.
* Teamwork and People Management: Our people are at the core of our success. You should be able to lead and collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and manage the team according to store and customer needs. Attracting, developing, and retaining talent that reflects our brand values is crucial. Recognize high potential and foster growth within the team.
