As a SEND Intervention Specialist Teaching Assistant, the focus is on providing tailored academic and emotional support to students with additional needs—those who may be struggling, as well as those with untapped potential. From delivering bespoke learning interventions to helping students navigate social and emotional challenges, this role blends hands-on classroom support with small group and 1:1 work.
