What will this role involve? As a Store Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting the store management team, driving turnover and revenues from the store based on lean principles, and maintaining a close focus on customer service. You will be an ambassador of the brand.
What will you be responsible for?
* Act as an ambassador for the brand by learning about the business and sharing this knowledge with customers
* Contribute to making the store a top performer by delivering a consistently high level of customer service
* Drive a culture of excellent customer service; support training of colleagues and maximise team performance
* Ensure the security and accuracy of company systems and that all systems are used by the team per policies and procedures
* Promote high visual merchandising standards; maintain store housekeeping to a high standard
* In the absence of the Store/Deputy Manager take accountability for the safety and security of people and property; motivate colleagues to drive sales and achieve KPIs; liaise with Retail Support Centre for issues; support with weekly timesheets
