About the Role As a Recruitment & Assessment Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting prospective adopters throughout their adoption journey. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to work closely with families and partner agencies. Your responsibilities will include: Recruiting and assessing prospective adopters Preparing and training adopters (pre- and post-approval) Supporting adopters throughout the matching process Providing ongoing support once children are placed and until the Adoption Order is granted You’ll be part of a supportive, experienced team that values reflective practice and high-quality social work.
