Factory Supervisor
We are looking for a proactive and organised Factory Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a leading manufacturing facility in Burntwood. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing production and warehouse operations, including planning activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational targets are consistently achieved.
The successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership across manufacturing / Production and warehouse functions, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, troubleshooting and technical operations during periods of absence, high demand, or escalation. This position is ideal for an experienced manufacturing professional who enjoys leading teams, improving performance, and maintaining a strong presence on the factory floor.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate daily production and warehouse activities across production manufacturing and Dispatch
2. Monitor production performance against KPI's that are set
3. Support production planning, scheduling, shift coordination, and workforce allocation.
4. Provide technical and operational support to the Production Leader, including machine setup, troubleshooting, and production cover when required.
5. Track and report on KPIs such as OEE, downtime, throughput, reject rates, and labour utilisation.
