To follow the Project Procurement Strategy and package procurement strategies ensuring compliance with the Costain Way Policies, Procedures, and standards.
Support the procurement process of required Subcontract / Supply packages, (incl but not limited to labour, plant and materials) and strategic materials and plant items all in line with the project’s requirements and both Client and internal control procedures.
Carry out procurement in an ethical, transparent, and fair way whilst demonstrating best value with robust procurement process, innovation, lessons learnt and an inclusive procurement process, always.
