Full Job Description:
We are looking for a confident eCommerce Assistant to play a valuable part in our eCommerce team in creating, implementing and reporting on content and advertising performance.
Task will include:
listing products on marketplaces like Etsy, Onbuy, Tiktok, Tesco, B&Q, etc...
Managing Returns process which will include troubleshooting issues with products as well as processing refunds directly on all online platforms.
General administration tasks.
Candidate must have:
Previous ecommerce experience
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Fluent written and Spoken English (Required)
