We’re looking for a Junior Service Delivery Analyst to join our IT Delivery Team, supporting core ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge & Service Requests) within ServiceNow. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career professional looking to build a strong foundation in IT Service Management.

* Assist with Change, Incident, Problem & Knowledge Management
* Work closely with IT teams to drive service quality and improvement
