What You'll Be Doing
As our Business Development Executive, you'll work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director and wider team to help drive growth, develop client relationships, and spot new opportunities. Your role will include:
* Supporting the delivery of our business development and sales activities
* Acting as a brand ambassador, representing Maguire Brothers with professionalism and credibility
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
* Identifying and researching new business opportunities, particularly in commercial property and surveying sectors
* Using CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to manage leads, track progress, and report on activity
* Attending client meetings, events, and networking functions to raise the company profile
What We're Looking For in our new Business Development Executive
You don't need decades of experience – just 3–5 years in sales or business development, plus the drive to take your career to the next level. You'll thrive if you're:
* A confident communicator who loves meeting people and building trust
* Proactive, resilient, and motivated by hitting targets
* Organised, with the ability to manage your time and prioritise effectively
* Curious about the property and construction world and keen to grow your expertise
* Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot (or quick to pick them up)
