About the Role
The Technology Operations team provides first-line support for both internal colleagues and external technology partners. This role involves managing technical queries in a primarily Apple Mac environment, supporting critical infrastructure, and enhancing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1st line technology support for issues raised in Slack, email, and in-person.
2. Facilitate onboarding training for new employees.
3. Manage asset inventory, procurement, repairs, and licensing.
4. Provision computer hardware from returned stock and arrange collection of leavers' hardware.
5. Perform daily checks on office equipment and conference rooms.
Requirements:
6. Strong experience supporting Apple Mac environments (MacOS, Jamf) and Windows.
7. Previous first-line support experience in a Mac environment.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-changing technical environment.
9. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
10. Highly organized with great attention to detail.
