Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, or a similar role.
2. Basic working knowledge of SQL for querying data.
3. Basic understanding of SQL and comfortable working with spreadsheets to find insights, data analysis and reporting.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
5. Clear and effective communication, able to collaborate seamlessly with both office teams and field staff.
