Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
* Develop and maintain high-quality beverage menus, ensuring a diverse selection of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff, providing guidance on customer service, drink preparation, and upselling techniques.
* Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
* Monitor inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop food and beverage pairings, specials, and promotions to drive sales and enhance the overall guest experience.
* Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a positive team environment.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment maintenance, sanitation, and adherence to hygiene standards.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
* Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
