Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Manager role:
Support the Pre-Construction team with pricing and preparing bids for new works.
Review drawings, scopes, and technical documents to form accurate estimates.
Benchmark solutions and costs using internal project data.
Prepare clear and precise scope documentation for tender submissions.
Engage with subcontractors to obtain, assess, and compare quotations.
Provide commercial and technical insight to strengthen bid submissions.
Identify risks and opportunities and contribute to mitigation strategies.Commercial Management
Manage all commercial elements of Temporary M&E works.
Oversee variations and maintain strong change-control procedures.
Monitor project costs and prepare reliable weekly and monthly forecasts.Requeirements for the Commercial Manager role:
Experience in estimating, commercial management, or M&E temporary works.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive, detail-focused, and commercially aware.
