Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Operations Manager with Proven experience in the social housing sector managing repairs and maintenance construction contract, to lead and oversee a large-scale repairs and maintenance contract. You’ll be responsible for delivering a high-performing, customer-focused service, managing supervisors, administrators, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability across all areas. Working closely with the client, you’ll drive operational excellence, financial performance, and service improvement.
