What You'll Be Doing: Support students
in managing their social and emotional development, helping them succeed in both academic and personal growth. Use a
variety of teaching methods
to engage and inspire students, ensuring lessons are
thoughtful
and
inclusive. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other professionals to provide a
holistic
approach to each child's education. Help students develop
positive behavior strategies, manage their emotions, and build
self-confidence. Monitor progress and provide
feedback
to
parents ,
staff, and the wider
school community .
What We're Looking For: A professional who is
passionate about SEND
and
SEMH
and dedicated to
helping students reach their potential. Creative, inspiring, and able to adapt your teaching methods to meet the
individual needs
of each student. A
strong communicator
with the ability to build
relationships
and work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and the wider community. Someone with a

to support every child and help them achieve their
personal goals .

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
