Lancaster University’s People and Organisational Effectiveness (POE) team are looking for an experienced HR Systems Developer to join them in delivering key projects and future system developments to support the day to day operations of the POE team.
You will be experienced in working in a Systems environment and be keen to support in future systems advancements, automations and project work. You will be experienced in the production of detailed management information, adhering to information security and data protection legislation and be confident in tailoring their delivery of MI to all service users. You will be highly competent in Microsoft Excel with experience of using management information reporting tools, such as internal reporting systems and Tableau.
You will be joining an innovative and forward thinking team to help develop our current processes and look to implement automation and new ways of thinking to our developing team. You will assist with the testing of software upgrades, identifying changes and process enhancements and liaising with software suppliers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
