As we continue to grow, we require an experienced Training & Compliance Officer to join the team at our food manufacturing facility in Bellshill.
Job Purpose
The Training & Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting and maintaining compliance across the factory through effective staff training, health & safety management, food safety compliance and administrative support. The role ensures that all employees are trained and competent in their duties while helping the business meet legal, customer, and internal compliance standards within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with all departments to promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Training & Development:
1. Maintain training records and competency matrices.
2. Organise refresher training and on-the-job coaching across departments.
3. Monitor and track mandatory training requirements, including health & safety, food safety, allergen awareness, manual handling and machinery training.
4. Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements.
