A proactive and driven Studio Assistant is needed for a multi award-winning architecture practice. Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will be the first point of contact for the studio, responsible for ensuring its smooth operation. The ideal candidate will have a creative background, with experience in arts and design industries, and a passion for architecture.
This is a detail-oriented role in a practice known for excellent team retention; they are a joy to work for.
Responsibilities include:
1. Greeting visitors and answering phones
2. Organising business travel, including flights, itineraries, and hotels
3. Supporting the Directors and Studio Manager
4. Collaborating strategically with the Finance Manager
5. Preparing for studio presentations, talks, and lectures
6. Organising tickets for events and exhibitions
7. Maintaining the studio space
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign is highly desirable.
