Are you an Events Coordinator with experience organising luxury country house events, looking to join a prestigious 5-star hotel where you'll help deliver high-end guest experiences as part of a supportive team, with genuine progression opportunities across a world-renowned hotel group and the chance to boost your earnings through a £5,000+ annual bonus?

In this hands-on role, you will support the Events and In-Room Dining Manager in delivering exceptional 5-star service across luxury country house events, private functions and in-room dining. You will lead daily operations, coordinate event set-ups across the estate, manage staffing and rotas, and ensure every guest receives a personalised, high-end experience while working closely with Events, Culinary and Food & Beverage teams.

The Role:
* Oversee luxury country house events and in-room dining operations
* Work closely with Events, Culinary and Food & Beverage teams
* Manage stock control, departmental organisation and operational administration
* Work closely with Events, Culinary and F&B teams
The Person:
* Events Coordinator or similar hospitality/events background
* Experience organising luxury country house events
* Background within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
* Commutable to Ascot
