Job Description
Dealing with inbound enquiries and outbound requests from customers
Processing quotations and orders. Loading customer schedules/using customer portals when required
Working with internal and external customers
Work across multiple departments to meet customer requirements and resolving any customer concerns

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience carrying out a similar sales administration/customer service position
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
