THE ROLE
Role
The role of the Pastry Demi Chef de Partie is to support senior chefs to successfully run the pastry section. Ideal candidate should have:
* Prior experience in high end hotels/ restaurant pastry kitchens.
* Willingness and desire to learn and develop under the guidance of the Pastry management team.
* Prior experience working with freshly baked pastry products, freshly made ice creams and chocolate products as well as plated desserts.
* Ambition to grow and help support others around them for the success of the whole team.
* Right to work in the United Kingdom
