Temporary Accounts Assistant - Cashbooks - 6 months Contract: 6 Months - Potential to become Permanent On-site Location: Witney - 5 days in office Hours: 37.5hrs per week Competitive rate (Dependent on experience) The Opportunity: I’m currently working with an organisation seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant focused on Cashbooks to join their Finance team initially for 6 months, with the potential to become permanent. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate cash book records. Process receipts and payments through cashbooks. Posting petty cash. Ensure that supplier invoices are matched to purchase orders. Maintain accurate records Recording all incoming and outgoing transactions to ensure accurate cash flow monitoring. Support month-end reconciliations and bank statement reconciliations Contribute to process improvements and support the wider Finance team About You: Your ability to accurately reconcile bank accounts and process receipts and payments through cashbooks is crucial for this role.
