As a Distribution Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence. You will also be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot.

Your role as Distribution Centre Manager:
* Responsible for adopting a cultural transformation towards operational excellence using continuous improvement/lean methodologies focused on eliminating loss while ensuring safety, service, cost efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
* Lead the cultural change in distribution with a focus on safety and continuous improvement at all levels.
* Ensure targets for on-time and in-full deliveries are exceeded.
* Improve employee engagement across the site.
* Manage the site P&L and budget, fully mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain confidence and connectivity in service provision.
* Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including adherence to O licence regulations.
What you'll bring:
* Experience in operational excellence and lean methodologies.
* Project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong management experience within logistics, supply chain, or operations.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team, focusing on results and engagement.
* Solid understanding of budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
