We Are Looking To Recruit Two Full Time Care Coordinators To Join Our Adult Locality Team
To Be Right For This Job
* You have a degree or relevant professional registration as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker.
* You are an active member of a dynamic, highly motivated, skilled, and creative team.
* You work in a supportive environment that values supervision and professional development.
* You have a voice and role in service development.
* You can manage a caseload of diverse service users, delivering clinical skills and building therapeutic, recovery-based relationships.
* Recovery principles are embedded in our work, supporting people to reach their potential by fostering hope, autonomy, and purpose.
This post is available as a Band 6 for experienced practitioners or a Band 5 development post for newly qualified or trainee practitioners.
* For Band 5, you will gain experience within the Adult Locality Team and, upon meeting competencies, can progress to Band 6. Longer development periods can be arranged if needed.
* You must be able to travel independently around the county, holding a full UK driving license and having use of a vehicle. Public transport is not suitable for this role.
You will work within the multidisciplinary adult locality team, alongside community and ward-based colleagues. For Band 5, caseload management is under supervision; for Band 6, you will manage your own caseload with support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong teamwork ethic and the ability to work autonomously. The role offers opportunities for learning and development, including a Preceptorship or Aspiring Band 6 Programme for newly qualified RNMHs.
