Job Title: Business Support & Administration Apprentice - Rockfon®

Location: This position is based at our offices in Pencoed, Bridgend.

Your Future Team:

You will report to the Customer Service & Business Operations Manager, you will support with general administrative tasks, customer inquiries (digitally and verbally) and order processing. With a strong focus on cross-departmental collaboration you will also have exposure to various other parts of the Rockfon® business.

What you will be doing:

1. Studying a Level 3 Business Administration qualification
2. Liaising with Sales and Technical teams to understand customer needs
3. Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service by phone and email
4. Accurately processing orders, credit notes and follow-up communications
5. Supporting customer returns, stock movements and supplier performance improvement initiatives
6. Proposing appropriate product solutions and advise customers
7. Working closely with Logistics and Supply Chain to maintain high service levels
8. Supporting non-standard pricing and quotation requests
9. Attending product training sessions at the company Training Centre

What you bring:

10. Minimum 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or higher including Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications)
11. Proactive and eager approach to work and their learning
12. The ability to prioritise and organise time effectively
13. Capable of working with computer systems including Microsoft Office
14. Willingness to participate in a variety of tasks and projects
