Sales Recruiter | Mid to senior level sales recruitment specialist
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results‑oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the building materials sector (windows and doors). You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans and building strong, lasting relationships with key B2B clients and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
* Industry Preference: Highly preferred experience within windows, doors, building supplies, or construction industries.
* Leadership & Coaching: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team, with a strong focus on coaching, mentorship, and goal attainment.
* B2B Acumen: Excellent understanding of sales techniques, performance metrics, and B2B (Business‑to‑Business) sales processes.
* Results‑Driven Track Record: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Technical & Financial Skills: Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Competence in budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting sales reports and financial data is also required.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, present, and build rapport effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
