Job Title: Strategy & Operations Program Manager

Mode of working: Hybrid (3 Days/Week)
Job Type: 11 Months Contract
Job Description:
* 10–12 years’ experience (minimum 6).
* Consulting background (strategy + marketing/management exposure).
* Tech industry experience, ideally US tech
* Strong programme management across EMEA and multicultural environments.
* Data analytics capabilities: Google Sheets, dashboards, SQL.
* Hands-on AI experience (Gemini preferred, others acceptable).
* Experience working with large marketing organisations or in marketing-related ops.
* Fast ramp-up, autonomous, able to engage at senior stakeholder level.
Nice to have:
* Experience in internal transformation or operational efficiency roles.
* Demonstrated ability to create or optimise AI agents or workflows.
* Google Workspace expertise (mandatory).
* Strong communication skills and ability to foster a positive team culture.
