Senior International Tax Manager (Interim) – Maternity Cover

Peridot Search are supporting a global PE-backed group on the appointment of a Senior International Tax Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave during a period of continued growth and transformation.
This is a high-impact, project-driven role global role, offering a unique blend of transfer pricing, international tax strategy and M&A, within a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting a legal entity simplification programme
* Leading a global transfer pricing (Local File) project
* Advising on the international tax aspects of M&A activity, including acquisitions, integrations, and reorganisations
* Supporting on cash repatriation strategies and cross-border financing
* Managing non-UK tax audits and coordinating with external advisors
* Contributing to Pillar 2 technical workstreams and broader global tax initiatives
About You
* ACA / CTA (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in international tax and transfer pricing
* Exposure to M&A, restructuring and cross-border projects
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver end-to-end solutions
* Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging global stakeholders
* A proactive, adaptable approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Start date: Target 1st August (with some flexibility either side)
