About The Role
We are currently recruiting for Machine Operators to to join our manufacturing site in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidates will work from Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30 or, 07:00-15:30.
Main responsibilities:
1. Follow detailed technical drawings to produce end products of the highest standard
2. Effectively and safely control a variety of woodworking machinery including CNC drills, edge banders and glue machines, and a variety of hand tools
3. Participate in training and mentoring of Trainee Machine Operators
4. Carry out rigorous quality checks to ensure high-quality standards are always met, reporting any quality issues to management and the QC team
5. Ability to operate machines, move and remove parts as required for cleaning processes
6. Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace

9. Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment
10. Good knowledge of manufactured products
11. Awareness of H&S and COSHH
