Service Delivery in Cluj-Napoca and 6 other locations.
What's this role about?
* Developing client relationships.
* Contractual Management: actively participate in client and internal contract negotiations.
* Produce Service Design requirements.
* Estimate costs, timescales, and resources for service delivery.
* Manage Service Catalogue: establish, agree, and update with the client.
* Evaluate service status and manage SLAs and other metrics.
* Establish and maintain processes for client services.
* Monitor, measure, and report on contractual activities.
* Assist in financial planning to minimize risks and maximize profits.
* Monitor and improve customer satisfaction (CSAT).
* Address problems promptly with minimal impact.
* Manage Service Transition for new or changed services.
* Collaborate on business continuity planning and risk management.
* Ensure continual service improvement (CSI).
* Define countermeasures for serious service disruptions.
* Act as a bridge between client and internal operations.
What skills and experience do you need?
* Experience delivering ITIL-aligned services to SLAs.
* Knowledge of virtualization, networking, hosting technologies.
* Strong communication skills with diverse staff and senior management.
* Organized with experience producing service reports and improvement plans.
* Ability to manage multiple work streams and priorities.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Ability to produce clear reports.
* Diplomatic and calm under pressure.
