This tutor role involves:
* Planning lessons and resources tailored to the student's needs, including core subjects or life skills;
* Planning and delivering engaging sessions;
* Applying skills to boost pupils' confidence;
* Managing children with challenging behaviour;
* Tracking the learning progress of students to achieve their desired outcomes and providing monthly reports;
* Potentially engaging in outdoor activities such as learning about plants and nature;
* Using visuals to communicate effectively when needed.
