The Opportunity:
As Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of delivering regional Annual Operating Profit (AOP) targets while building a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with key regional accounts and channel partners to drive profitable growth and ensure best-in-class customer engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead & Inspire: Motivate and develop a high-performing regional sales team to exceed sales and margin targets
- Strategic Account Ownership: Manage key regional accounts with tailored, proactive account plans that deliver growth
- Drive Performance: Use data (Salesforce, QlikSense) to track performance, identify gaps, and take decisive action
- Develop Talent: Coach, mentor, and build capability through field accompaniment and targeted development plans
- Enhance Customer Engagement: Ensure consistent, high-quality partner engagement across all account tiers
- Pipeline Growth: Build a strong pipeline of future opportunities across OTC and specification channels
- Collaborate Effectively: Partner with NAMs, KAMs, and the Channel Director to deliver business-wide objectives
- Create a Winning Culture: Lead regional meetings, share best practice, and foster a high-performance, inclusive team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success leading and developing field-based sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth
- Experience managing key regional or national accounts strategically
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skill
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM systems and analytics tool
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, results-focused approach
- Willingness to travel across your region (including occasional overnight stays)
