We are seeking a Client Contracts Analyst to join our team. The Client Contracts Analyst will support the Legal and Business Intake Departments with the review of Nonstandard Client Engagement Terms, Outside Counsel Guidelines, Client Contracts, and Requests for Proposals.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
1. Review, analyze, and develop responses to Nonstandard Client Engagement Terms, and Outside Counsel Guidelines.
2. Maintain a database of Nonstandard Engagement Terms and Outside Counsel Guidelines.
3. Evaluate and negotiate client contracts to comply with the firm’s contract protocols.
4. Monitor mergers and acquisitions for clients with expanded representations.
5. Review and analyze RFPs for legal, lobbying, or consulting services.
6. Prepare comments and redraft contractual provisions for RFP submissions.
7. Maintain a checklist of common issues requiring comment and template responses thereto.
8. Track and monitor due dates to ensure timely responses.
9. Establish and maintain cautionary flags for potential RFP clients.
10. Assist with keeping all shared documents current and accurate.
11. Train and mentor Client Contract Specialists as required.
12. Expected to maintain a regular and predictable work schedule and full attention to and engagement in work activities on behalf of the firm during business hours unless otherwise approved or required by applicable law.
13. Special projects and duties as assigned.

21. Ability to train and mentor Client Contracts Specialists.
Required Qualifications & Education:
22. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
23. 0 – 5 years of legal experience.
Preferred Qualifications & Education:
24. Bar admission in a jurisdiction where the firm has an office.
25. Legal contract drafting and compliance experience with a large law firm.
Physical Requirements:
26. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
27. Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
