Job Title: Retail & Print Production Assistant (Full-Time)

About Us:
We are a busy printing and gift shop offering a wide range of products, from custom t-shirts and photo gifts to workwear and more. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and high-quality printed products.
The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our team full-time. This role is split between retail duties and hands-on printing production. The ideal candidate must be able to work both weekdays and weekends. Opening hours to do vary so working hours may increase or decrease slightly as we are a seasonal shop. We are however open all year round unlike most seasonal shops in Blackpool.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting customers in-store with enquiries, orders, and product selection.
* Operating and maintaining printing equipment, including:
* Vinyl cutter & vinyl printer
* Sublimation printer
* Direct-to-garment (DTG) printer
* Preparing artwork and designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Managing print jobs from setup to finished product.
* Keeping the shop organised, clean, and well-presented.
* Providing excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous retail experience (preferred but not essential).
* Knowledge of printing methods and machines (vinyl, sublimation, DTG). (perferred)
* Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
