We are now looking for Graduates to join us as Recruitment Consultants in our Life Sciences team in Summer 2025!
Salary: Base: Flexible - DOE (1st year OTE £45k+, 2nd Year OTE £65k+, 3rd year OTE £100k+), uncapped commission up to 60%, and several company benefits.

The Role: What you'll be doing:
* Managing your own desk as a 360 recruitment consultant: generating leads, pitching to clients, negotiating terms, and fulfilling recruitment needs.
* Building key relationships within the industry and becoming an expert in your market to enhance your personal brand.
* Implementing a comprehensive approach to business development through candidate and company-led methodologies.
