Responsibilities
* Your main focus will be to assist in the collection of waste (residual & recyclable waste/resource) from the kerbside, street cleansing, and Household Recycling Centre.
Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 6 months previous relevant work experience in a waste environment.
* Basic literacy, ability to read instructions and communications.
* Flexible approach, good organisational and time management skills, Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Computer literate (to use TMS for holidays/GPS)
* Working knowledge of health and safety procedures including manual handling and assisting driver whilst reversing.
* Knowledge of waste collection/disposal and recycling issues and Traffic management
