Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage cost control procedures
* Setting, monitoring and delivery of budgets
* Place orders
* Produce accurate reports
* Forecast material costs
* Work closely with sub-contractors
Qualifications
* Quantity Surveying degree or HND
* Experience in new build housing
* IT literate
* Strong communication skills
* High working standards
