How you'll make an impact
As Financial Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening the finance function as the business scales internationally. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll support statutory and regulatory compliance, deliver high-quality financial reporting, and drive process improvement initiatives across the UK entity.
This is an ideal role for a newly qualified or part-qualified accountant looking to broaden their experience in a hands-on, dynamic environment, while gaining exposure to group reporting within a listed international parent structure.
Key responsibilities:
Lead on month-end close and reporting under UK GAAP and IFRS
Own VAT, PAYE, and financial controls compliance
Support external audit preparation and statutory accounts
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
Partner with stakeholders across the business to embed financial discipline
Enhance systems and processes as part of ongoing finance transformation

You'll also be:
Degree-educated with 2+ years in a finance role
Part-qualified or newly qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
Confident with Excel and financial modelling
Familiar with accounting software (e.g. Odoo, Sage, Netsuite - a bonus)
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused
