Job Responsibilities
1. Take full responsibility for the daily operation of the distribution center, including the planning, resource scheduling, and execution supervision of end-point deliveries;
2. Build a high-performing team and improve the recruitment, training, and assessment systems;
3. Dynamically allocate resources to cope with business fluctuations, ensure service stability, and strictly enforce safety, security, and quality standards and regulations;
4. Establish a responsibility-oriented team culture and promote continuous improvement;
5. Monitor core operational indicators, formulate improvement plans to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Job Requirements
1. Experience in logistics management, operations management, business administration or related fields;
2. At least 3 years of experience in logistics/warehousing operations, with experience in end delivery preferred;
3. Capable of managing diverse teams and handling pressure;
4. Skilled in data-driven operations, proficient in logistics systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office software;
5. Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving skills.
