The Trust has 2 main hospital sites: University Hospital in Coventry and Hospital of St Cross in Rugby. Between them we care for over 1,000,000 people from across Coventry, Warwickshire and beyond. University Hospital of Coventry and Warwick is a large PFI hospital which ensures a guaranteed equipment replacement programme. Consequently, all the imaging equipment is replaced with top range systems on a regular basis resulting in a very modern department.

Due to a restructure of the Imaging department opportunities have arisen for a suitably experienced and innovative radiographer to join our multi-professional team, with a reputation for achieving clinical excellence. The successful candidate will manage the effective delivery and operation of their Imaging unit and provide the necessary information to assist the operational and strategic direction of imaging within the Trust.
You will join a team of dedicated and enthusiastic Radiologists, nurses, radiographers and support workers and have responsibility for the timely, efficient and cost-effective management and operation of your specialist area. We encourage enthusiastic and motivated people, with strong leadership qualities to apply to ensure the provision of the highest standards of patient care and contribution to the management of the department.
The Cross Section Superintendent will complement our Imaging team to manage the effective delivery and operation of the CT and MRI services. Senior Radiographers with suitable experience in either or both disciplines need apply.
