This broad role offers a great blend of commercial, strategic finance, and core financial management and control.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, qualified Management Accountant looking to step up to their first Finance Manager position, or a qualified Finance Manager looking for a fresh challenge in a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Oversee the month-end close-off process
* Prepare and analyse financial statements.
* Budgets and Forecasts
* Business Partnering with key stakeholders
* Financial analysis and modeling
* Produce statutory accounts
* Tax returns
* Oversee the finance team responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable
* Manage cash flow
* Support and eventually lead all external and internal audits.
* Management and development of a small finance team
Key requirements:-
* Qualified Accountant CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
* Previous management, or mentoring experience
* A self-starter
* Excellent communication skills
* Solid analytical skills
* Highly organised and methodical
* SME experience – desirable
Salary and Key Benefits:-
* £55,000
