RTA Paralegal | Blackburn | Full Time, Office Based | Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm | £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE) Are you an experienced RTA Paralegal with strong MOJ/OIC Portal expertise looking for your next challenge? Our client is a progressive and fast-growing law firm dedicated to delivering results-driven legal services. With an expanding Personal Injury department, they are now seeking an experienced RTA Paralegal to join their dynamic and friendly team on a full-time, office-based basis. You will manage your own caseload of RTA claims from inception to settlement, with a strong focus on matters within the MOJ and OIC Portals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience dealing with portal claims and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Are you the right person for the job? Experienced Paralegal, CILEX, or experienced Fee Earner with equivalent expertise Minimum 2 years of experience dealing with MOJ and OIC Portal RTA claims Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant case law Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office What will your role look like? Handle a caseload of pre- and post-litigation RTA claims (MOJ/OIC Portals) Assess liability and quantum, ensuring all claims are progressed efficiently Prepare court documents and comply with court deadlines Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties regularly Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant regulatory bodies (SRA, LEXCEL, etc.) Meet billing targets and contribute to team KPIs What can you expect in return?
