💰 Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (DOE)
🏢 Hybrid working: 2 to 3 days in the office per week

What You Will Be Doing
Reporting into the Director of Consulting, you’ll lead a variety of client‑facing projects, including:
* Delivering finance system implementations (finance, inventory and CRM)
* Acting as an Outsourced FD, advising boards and business owners
* Designing clear, useful reporting and insights for decision‑making
* Leading process and control improvements across client businesses
* Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
What you’ll need to succeed
* Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA preferred) with experience at Manager level (or equivalent)
* Confident working with boards and senior leadership teams, able to challenge when needed
* Commercially minded with a strong understanding of SME environments
* Passionate about technology, transformation and improving how businesses operate
* Curious, adaptable and comfortable working independently in changeable situations
Nice to Have
* Experience with Business Central
* Power BI experience (user or report development)
* Exposure to Power Apps / Power Automate
* Involvement in finance or business transformation projects
* Practice‑trained background with some industry exposure
Salary & Benefits
* £55,000 – £65,000 salary, depending on experience
