As a Social Worker in the Family Safeguarding service, you'll work with children and families under Child in Need, Child Protection and pre-proceedings. You'll use motivational interviewing as a key intervention, helping families identify their strengths, understand risk, and develop clear, outcome-focused plans. You'll work closely with an integrated team including domestic abuse workers, recovery workers, psychologists, and mental health practitioners - ensuring every family receives the right support, at the right time.
